This is for rental of our studio space only. Please reach out to us directly to book our photography or other creative services.

Studio J is available for rent by-the-hour for up to a full day (8 hours). Please reach out to us directly to set up rental outside listed hours, or arrange a recurring session.

Your access to the studio starts at the top of your hour. All set up and clean up must take place within your rental time. You will be charged for additional hour(s) if you exceed your time. You are responsible for returning the studio to the state you found it in- no trash may be left on site and furniture must be returned to a suitable arrangement.

Please note that this studio is a working office and a Studio J representative will be on site during your rental. You have access to a curtained dressing room in studio. Public restrooms are located just outside our studio and shared with other building tenants. You have access to all furniture in the studio (multiple couches, stools) and are welcome to bring your own in with prior approval. You do not have access to the private office space(s) located within the studio space or JX venue. Items such as smoke machines, fire elements, and glitter are not permitted on site.

Cancelations are non refundable within 30 days. Please let us know if you have need to reschedule a client session for any reason. We reserve the right to charge additional fee(s) for rescheduled sessions.

Rental includes multiple backdrops, a curtained dressing room, a small table with makeup lights and mirror, and minimalist furniture which may include: a white couch, a high top table with 2 stools, 2 grey chairs. Access to kitchenette/media room with sink, mini fridge & water station. Studio is 1,800 sq. ft.

Private parking is not included in rental; there is a parking ramp across the street and access to street parking. Please plan accordingly as your rental is only for the designated time and will not be adjusted to accommodate late arrivals. Refunds will not be offered should you choose to end your session earlier than the designated time.

You are welcome to bring additional guest(s) into the studio space, and we are pet-friendly with prior approval. Please provide notice if you intend to have groups larger than (10). The renter assumes liability for the actions of all guests during the rental period.

We are located in the JX building on the second floor. Access is off 2nd St N. Head up the mini flight of stairs to floor 2 and pass the salon; we are at the end of the hallway on the left. If you are seeing escape rooms you are in the right place!
